Tiny Beryl Heads into the Caribbean, Could Impact Puerto Rico Next Week

Hurricane Beryl is tiny hurricane buy a mighty one with winds now up to 80 mph. Beryl will cross through Lesser Antilles this weekend as a small hurricane then into the Caribbean where Puerto Rico could be impacted.

The good news, Beryl will bring much needed rainfall to the Islands. San Juan for example was only 50% of normal rainfall during the month of June so any rainfall will be welcome if it does not come with damaging winds.

Berly will weaken some but could make it through the Caribbean and will probably move into the Bahama’s later next week. You can see on the model image about that Beryl may curve into the Atlantic late next week.
