So, with all the rain and water in the mid atlantic already sitting on the ground, how would that affect a tropical system sitting over the mid atlantic and stalling? is that enough moisture to help keep the storm at a slightly higher intensity that it might have otherwise? Because here in central maryland, it is WET. This storm could be catastrophic with all the water currently. The water table is so high right now that I have springs where ive never had springs before. insane.
