Keith September 14, 2018 at 12:29 pm I agree, I think the Euro is much overdone in PA considering that the storm should be accelerating by the time it hits that latitude. Unless there’s a strong baroclinic zone it interacts with to produce very high rainfall rates as it’s passing, but it’s been my observation that those are nearly impossible to forecast exact location till it’s actually occurring.
