With the storm next week, I am leaning toward the ECMWF and GEM models not the GFS model. I think the GFS is having issues again.

Good morning Henry.
On several occasions lately you have referred to an El Nino pattern . I live on the left coast and the big boys say we are in a neutral phase of ENSO. There are a few pockets of warmer than normal Ocean waters in the 3.4 region but generally its running + or – .05c. So My question is how do you interpret this phase of ENSO.
