I really didn’t make any major changes with the snow map this afternoon. I am still using the ECMWF and ICON models as guidance with some GFS mixed in. Seems the models are pretty much in agreement on the area of snow across NY, northern Tier of PA into New England. Higher elevations will see the most snow with up to 6 inches, perhaps 8 inches if it really comes down hard at 1-2 inches of snow per hour. This will be a heavy wet snow with possible power outages.
