When Zeta moves back into the Atlantic Thursday afternoon we may see 6 hours of tropical storm force winds from Atlantic City to Norfolk VA. The peak wind gusts from the NAM nested model shows high winds which makes sense given how fast Zeta will be moving and the fact Zeta will have little time for the winds to unwind. Once the storms gets involved with the jet stream, some strengthening may occur once the storm hits Virginia tomorrow.
