A storm cutting into the western Great Lakes will produce snow across the western Great Lakes and parts of the Midwest Tuesday. This will be wet snow going over to rain and mix event with mainly 1-4 inches of snow expected as of today. I posted the GFS and ECMWF models for now showing the snowfall based on the model guidance. I am sure the snow amounts will change over the next couple of days but I am fairly certain this is a 1-4 inch snow event.

Sure would like to see that snow ❄ press a bit more to the southeast in northern New England. Oh well the model resolution for precip and snowfall that far out is not too good, especially on the fringe areas.
