A storm cutting across the South may produce a swath of 1-4 inches of snow across parts of North Carolina into Virginia and West Virginia Monday. The ECMWF is leading the way for the snow while the GFS seems to be lacking in the snow. I am showing you the maps because I think there is the chance this might happen. One of the issues will be the extent of the cold air. While we may get the storm, the air temperatures might be just marginal for snow.
