A storm will cut across the Southeast and develop along the North Carolina coast Monday. That storm will bring light snow across West Virginia, southern Virginia and the mountains of North Carolina. For the most part, this is a trace to 3 inches of snow with the most snows in the mountains and a streak coming into south-central Virginia. It’s not out of the question the storm throws a little snow back into Nantucket and Cape Cod Tuesday as it moves into the Atlantic.
