As our major storm comes out of the Rockies tonight, snow will develop in the Plains and last into Tuesday. Many areas that had snow over the weekend will get another round of snow with up to 5-6 inches expected. This will once again cause poor travel. The snow will dwindle off Tuesday night crossing into the Mississippi Valley only to reform again in the Ohio Valley early Wednesday.

  1. NOAA meteorologists in New England, basically saying the storm, at least for New England, is a non event; 2-6 inches for most, but for the potential of 6-12 near coast; noaa suggests storm doesn’t deepen, and in fact weakens as it moves north east….I agree, 6-12 for a narrow band near coast isn’t much of an event
