Another clipper will move through eastern Canada and the Northeast Thursday. Snow will spread out ahead of the clipper and impact parts of eastern Canada into the Northeast. Typically snow will spread over a larger area than what the models have shown, so I made my area to show snow into northern PA, northern NJ, NYC and New England thinking that more snow will occur than what is shown. Generally, this is a 1-3 inch snow event with coating to an inch of snow getting over the mountains into NJ and New England. Ottawa and Quebec should see 3 inches of snow out of this system with Toronto have 1-2 inches.
