A weak clipper and associated arctic front will move through eastern Canada and Northeast with light snow Thursday. Many areas will see a coating to 3 inches of snow. The energy from that clipper will combine to produce a coastal storm which will slam Nova Scotia with blizzard conditions Friday. That storm will produce winds over 40 mph and heavy snow with amounts over a foot. Travel will be impacted across Nova Scotia while in the Northeast and eastern Canada, roads will be slipper due to the light snow Thursday.
