A storm will come out of the Rockies Wednesday and will produce damaging thunderstorms and heavy snow. A band of heavy snow and near blizzard conditions will go from Kansas into the Great Lakes and eastern Canada. Blizzard conditions with snow over 12″ will occur from Missouri to Ontario. Winds will be gusting up to 45 mph with heavy snow creating extreme travel conditions.
Severe storms will develop into Texas and Oklahoma and spread east-northeast Wednesday night into Thursday Night. There is a high potential for damaging winds and tornadoes with the storms. The tornado potential will occur across eastern Texas into the Tennessee Valley and South.
This is a dangerous storm that has the potential to produce dangerous travel conditions, damaging to life and property.
