A storm that is in the Plains Friday morning will spread severe storms across the Tennessee Valley and South today. The storms can produce damaging winds, hail and a few tornadoes. We will see a squall line cutting across the South this evening which will limit the number of tornadoes. The storms in Kentucky will develop near the low center and can produce hail and a few tornadoes.

The storms will hit the Carolina’s early Saturday followed by a new line of storms that will develop across central Pennsylvania Saturday afternoon. That line of storms in Pennsylvania can produce damaging winds, hail and perhaps a brief tornado.
