The storm that has produced over 70 tornadoes the last two days may produce one last round of severe storms and possible tornadoes across the eastern Ohio Valley this afternoon and evening. The dew points will be coming up into the 60s and the sun may actually come out in the dry slot that is forming over that area this morning. I expect storms to develop this afternoon across Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio then move north and northeast. The rotation swaths from the HRRR model suggests that some of the storm swill be rotating and could produce either large hail or a tornado. The area of the main concern will be across West Virginia, Ohio, western PA and eastern Indiana. Damaging winds can occur with any storm across the threat area and gusty storms will even develop along the warm front across Virginia.
