A trailing upper-level system moving from the Rockies into the Great Lakes to New England will produce a swath of 1-4 inches of snow. Locally 6 inches of snow may occur as the low level jet intensifies across Pennsylvania and blows warmer air over the front causing enhanced snowfall across New York into northern New Jersey. The snow may even get into New York City Sunday night.
