As the upper-level low drives across the Ohio Valley today, a band of severe storms will develop across Ohio which can produce strong winds, hail and perhaps even a tornado. That band of storms will move into western PA and weaken into gusty storms tonight. The rotation tracks shown on the image below may show where hail can occur but also could indicate that the potential for a quick hitting weak tornado.
