    • I would think that temperature profiles at most locations other than the higher elevations of the Appalachians would be marginal at best for any snow that far south. It’s also the way things have been running this year. Even here in Maine, they say temperatures will be marginal at most, especially for southern and coastal locations for an all-snow event through extended (7 days).

      • I don’t think it’s going to snow that far south given the pattern we are in. I think it’s just the GFS going through its progressions before it shoves it off sore like the other models are doing.

    • Hey the way I see it is this..In PA if we can just get a nice cool rainy summer for a change because of El Niño I will be happy…The last few summers in PA has been oppressive with the heat. El Niño on the east coast typically means below normal temps for summer time and really nice relaxing thunderstorms in the evenings. If El Niño is around by next winter….Then the real fun begins for snow lovers on the east coast
