A cold front will move across the southern Ohio Valley into the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic tonight into Thursday. A wave of low pressure will develop along that front and will change the showers over the light snow from Kentucky to New England. This will be a a situation where temperatures will start out mild but fall into the 20s with snow which means icy roads in some areas. Most places will see 1-4 inches of snow but a few spots could see up to 5″ especially in parts of Kentucky and New England.
