<title>Its crazy warm in Minnesota. Headed up to a high of 52 degrees. That&#039;s 27 degrees above average. Just ridiculous. We should be in the low to mid 20s and not see 50&#039;s until April. Yeah, I keep saying it. Henry, your forecast for the Upper Midwest was a complete BUST!!! This is three years in a row. Hopefully you can get closer next year!</title>

<title>I know the excitement is about the snow and ice. One deadly risk that is not being discussed is the brutal cold in the Upper Midwest. While the east coast may drop to 10 degrees in colder areas, it will drop to -30 up here. Wind Chills will be close to -60 in Northern Minnesota. Additionally, at this temperature, trees tend to pop and &quot;explode&quot; resulting in toppling trees. Many people live in wooded areas and this causes a potential risk to property and life</title>

<title>37 degrees and rain in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. That&#039;s 12 degrees above average. Still cooler than the past two days. With this warm signal and upcoming El Nino, can we officially say that the winter forecast is a bust? I see no prolonged cold or snow for the Upper Midwest anytime soon. We are already have a 14 inch snow deficit.
For a winter forecast to be colder and snowier, I&#039;m not impressed!!!</title>

				<title>Henry,
On the video you stated we could receive half pur season average in February. Here in Minneapolis we average near 60 inches and I don&#039;t see any storm based on the models, dropping more than 2 inches at one time. Each storm appears to be a weak wave and nothing wound up. I don&#039;t see 30 inches in Minneapolis. It sure would be nice however since we only have 10</title>

				<title>Henry,
I wished I could have made it last night so I could ask the question. As you stated a stormy February and March, will this be directed to the upper midwest, or will it be the continuation of this miserable winter. It makes no sense to me that we can&#039;t get any storms up here.
For what was supposed to be an average or above snow for the region (from most forecasts out there) we stand at a 30 inch deficite. 2nd driest on record only to last year.</title>

<title>One thing I don&#039;t get is that since we are in a neutral patern, why can&#039;t we get any significant snow in the upper midwest. I don&#039;t buy the term that it&#039;s too cold to snow. It&#039;s Minnesota and it&#039;s normal for it&#039;s to be below 0 high for a week (-20 mornings) and still have normal 40 inches of snow by mid January. This cold that is typical.

I don&#039;t understand how we can be 30 inches below normal in a neutral year?</title>
