Also, people use the word "normal" as though it is their RIGHT to have "normal" weather. There are no 'rights' with weather, you get what you get. I love that USA weather is so fluid and multi-faceted. Same weather every day would be boring and not healthy. And if any month is going to be a surprise every year, surely it is March!
