Locally Severe Storms Sunday Afternoon

A cold front moving across the East will produce a band of heavy thunderstorms from New York to West Virginia Sunday afternoon. Within that band of heavy storms, locally severe storms will occur which can produce damaging winds and large hail. There is a small chance of a quick spin-up tornado with some of the stronger storms. Another front will move through the same area Monday afternoon. That front could bring another round of heavy storms.
