From Weather World: The National Weather Service has now upgraded the entirety of Pennsylvania to a Winter Storm Warning. It’s rare for all 67 counties to be under such a weather alert at the same time. In fact, this may be the first time all of Pennsylvania is under a Winter Storm Warning since possibly the President’s Day Storm of 2003

I have driven home from eastern PA Stroudsburg in some really bad snow that followed me all the way home to 01451 I was a younger man…no more!
