it cant sleet at 10 degrees … big cold highs always suppress storms etc etc .. I have heard a lot of fallacies and misconceptions espoused from meteorologists for this storm .. anyhow ,, maybe folks are rusty as it’s been a while since this type of scenario .. it can sleet at 10 degrees and big cold highs don’t dictate whether or not a storm is “suppressed’
