Good morning, 17 degrees and awaiting the arctic blast. Lack luster snow here so far this season, 5 inches, 4 came with the storm that went to rain and the other inch from a few light snows. But boy has it been cold this year. Rivers and bays frozen, there using ice breakers to free up Tangier and Smith Islands. Boats are the only way to and from those islands for people to get to the mainland for work and school.
