Doing fine Henry. You are a part of old Accuweather group that used old school to predict weather not all computers fed by humans. Now all weather services and unfortunately Penn State all the thing is climate change. Every major event is climate change. How about over population around LA where fires have burned for years in semi arid climate and no one lived in burn zones. Tornadoes , floods,Hurricanes effect more people when there double of us than 50 yrs ago. Been a part of Landscape industry for 55 years seen all changes.
