Good morning. I am up early to check things out and what I am seeing and hearing from NOAA is encouraging. It seems that the colder solutions for this storm are going to work out regardless of what any model is printing out. Now it is time for actual observations to take over. They have added to the snow totals for Hagerstown considerably. Hagerstown temperatures have plunged to near zero. Oakland MD our normal ice box anyway is now at -8. Looking at perhaps 20 to 1 snow ratios now so I am expecting, and NOAA is predicting, close to 20 inches or maybe more right here. I will check in later after breakfast.
