So after weeks of whining about NO winter weather, we have a chance of a storm and some have continued to find something to whine about. I live 100 miles north of NYC, betting on 6+ for me. Looking at Monday/ Tuesday system to show bagginess to suggest transfer to more eastern development . Positive thoughts!!

Not liking todays SOI reading…still negative and in El Niño territory but slowly but surly creeping back to a weaker El Niño need to take a major dive and stay down
Id think a weaker central base3d eL NINO would be good for the Northeast
