Currently 38 degrees in Rochester. We set a record yesterday for most rainfall in one day for yesterday.. we got 1.47 inches and the old record which was 1.22 inches. 10 years ago Rochester received 18.3 inches of snow which still holds the record for most snowfall on this day in February. Interested to see what March will bring and the possible modoki El Nino for next winter.

In Rochester I should get 1 to 2 feet of snow which orginally had it missing me all together. Had several snow squall warnings from MOAA weather radio all day. The NWS out of Buffalo just stated in their forecast discussion Confidence is increasing for a winter storm to impact our region Sunday and Sunday night with moderate to heavy snowfall.
Like I said in my recent post my region can handle this. When is spring coming Henry LOL it is not even February yet. I at least want the severe cold to back off.

Wow front moving through now with heavy rain, a lot of hail and thunder here in Rochester NY. Temperatures dropped from around 52 to 45. It’s been an interesting couple of weeks of weather and those snowy, blowy glowy days of winter is still yet to come!

Got down to 25 last night here in Chaumont Bay brrrr. It was 80 3 days ago! Going home to Rochester on Sunday where it is a bit warmer LOL. Henry i am getting excited for the snow possibilities coming up and hoping it will be a snowy December!

Brrr it was so cold last night and had a frost advisory in good old Rochester NY! The heat also kicked in make this cold weather stop LOl. This Spring is turning oust like you said Henry. Hoping we will get some summer weather in July and August. As always, thank you Henry for all your hard work ad for keeping us all imformed.
