Currently 38 degrees in Rochester. We set a record yesterday for most rainfall in one day for yesterday.. we got 1.47 inches and the old record which was 1.22 inches. In Wyoming County Emergency Management said roads are closed for villages of Wyoming and Warsaw. So many other areas flooded.
