This is going to be a very busy week as the second round of winter begins this week with a series of winter storms crossing the country. The first one comes Monday into Tuesday as shown on the posted snow map. The next one comes late in the week in the form of a Clipper that crosses the Great Lakes into the Appalachians and Northeast. The third hits during the weekend and brings snow from the Rockies to the Mid-Atlantic.

Severe storms will be an issue for the Southeast Monday and another round of severe storms could hit Florida next weekend.
