We have had a string of relatively mild weather in the Las Vegas area the past several days, except for the gusty winds from time to time. Yesterday, winds gusted into the 40+mph range with overcast skies. Henry mentioned a storm report for wind near Las Vegas, but those storms were in the mountains west of here and not over the Las Vegas Valley. It looks like this is the last of the moderate pattern as the heat will build in later this week with our first taste of 100+ temperatures.
