After several days of 100+ high temps in southern Nevada, it has cooled down significantly after the passage of a cool front yesterday and last night. The highest temp at my place was 105 two day ago, while the airport recorded 111. Last night the low here was 66 deg, and currently it is a comfortable 82 degrees at 12:50 PDT and heat index of 77. But the heat will return by later in the week with more of the typical 100+ tmps returning.
