We are getting scattered showers and thundershowers in the Las Vegas Valley this afternoon from the tropical moisture flowing in. We are on the western edge of this plume, but it is enough with the instability to set off some showers. There has not been much to report from here until today other than that we have transitioned into our fall season with comfortable cool nights in the upper 50s to low 60s and warm afternoons in the low to mid 80s. The shower activity is expected to last into Saturday and mostly scattered in nature.
