Early this morning, radar showed precipitation over the Las Vegas Valley, but nothing reached the surface despite the seeming impressive radar returns. Southern CA is getting some rainfall today, though it is scattered in nature. Our temperatures here are still above average by about 10 deg. As of 14:30 PST, it is 72 deg. with light and variable winds and partly cloudy.
