We have had some really pleasant, sunny weather in the Las Vegas Valley of late with our high temperatures generally in the mid to upper 80s and cool nights in the mid 60s for the most part. There have also been gusty winds just about every day developing in the afternoons with gusts upward of 30 to 35 mph just about every day. But, by next week, some truly summer temperatures will be developing with high temperatures rising to 100+ degrees. This does not seem unusual for the start of June going forward. No precipitation is in sight at this point.
