We just had some high winds 29MPH gusts and pea sized hail come down. The event lasted 5 minutes
Newark, DE
Lawns and cars covered. Nothing on the streets. Snow made everything pretty. Now sun is out and it’s melting. Newark, DE.
Still snowing a bit up here in Newark, DE. Looks to be an inch. We are just on the other side of an ice line. Everyone is on a 2 hour delay. Tempest says 27 degrees right now. What is this white stuff on the ground?
That was a show last night in Northern Delaware. High winds (15mph, sustained with 25mph gusts) and continuous lightening and thunder. A lot of rain fell. My station reported 3.98 inches.
It is 35 degrees in Newark, DE this morning. There were many mornings in winter with higher temps! Feels good!

Nice Winter Show. Trees are beautiful. Just enough glaze to shimmer a bit. Only a few outages around. Roads look clean in Newark, DE.
06Z GFS looks promising for DE-PHILA. European and NAM not so much…
Just one time let these models hold over Delmarva!!!!
