From Weather World: The National Weather Service has now upgraded the entirety of Pennsylvania to a Winter Storm Warning. It’s rare for all 67 counties to be under such a weather alert at the same time. In fact, this may be the first time all of Pennsylvania is under a Winter Storm Warning since possibly the President’s Day Storm of 2003

I have driven home from eastern PA Stroudsburg in some really bad snow that followed me all the way home to 01451 I was a younger man…no more!
They have sent recon aircraft into the low pressure feature off of CA and also to the gulf to gather better information on the players of this storm
