cfs makes it to Pittsburgh and transfers to the coast, it was farther west and north the last run, and it showed a storm to lakes before. maybe recognizing the block more?
hopefully…because the GFS is pretty much like…”what blocking?”

18z GFS is at it again…remember this run is good for 6 hours….it could all be erased on the 0z run. The GFS is basically saying “if it have to make a call for snow right now…this is what I see, check back in about 6 hours to see what I think at that time”…that’s the only way I can keep from going insane over these models..LOL!!!
Henry can you give us a lesson on what your thoughts are on the 1993 Superstorm?, what conditions made that storm possible? Was it just a freak storm, or were there conditions that lead up to that explosive event. Thanks
