20 degrees blowing heavy sleet some mixed snow NE Nassau Co, LI ; local weather station lists
23 inches (!) here and 23 in NYC, my neighbor; I see around 15 inches on my yardstick.

16 degrees heavy sleet now mixing with snow here; about 11 inches in my front yard North shore LI

13 degrees moderate to heavy snow NE Nassau County LI; wind picking up.

32 snow picked up about an hour ago here-did not sleet as forecast by local weather stations; Henry just about nailed it again for my LI weather…

33 degrees and snow here on Long Island; Moderate to heavy allowing it to accumulate on all surfaces despite the above freezing temperature.

35 degrees very windy and snowing on the North Shore, Nassau County, Long Island.. Henry again shows he is on his game this winter.. Local forecasters missed it.. again

Here as a temporary ‘snow bird’ in SE Florida since Wednesday….”cold”, didn’t get above 65 degrees here yesterday; So.. since I am here in Southern Florida, there NOW will be a BIG East Coast snowstorm in my absence.. with copious amounts of snow in my Long Island backyard.. bummer for an old snow lover like me …but you’re welcome

The actual recorded low last night here in NE Nassau Co., LI, was 6 degrees; the forecasted low was for 14 degrees. Maybe a bit of snow this Tuesday. That would be nice, before a forecasted slow warm-up.

Low 14 degrees, high 19 degrees today; around 2 inches of snow on ground; will it make it to Christmas??

Yup, we got snow in Northern Nassau County Long Island-28 degrees, light snow falling, 2-3 inches on the ground.

32 here with heavy wet snow continuing -cars and lawns covered-paved areas slushy ..
