A coastal storm will develop along the Southeast coast Saturday. That storm will not as strong that hit New England and was eventually named Wanda in the Atlantic. However, winds along the coast will be gusting up to 40 mph and perhaps even higher on the Outer Banks. The winds will lead to overwash on tne beaches and beach erosion. Rains will be heavy along the coast and may produce some minor flooding problems.
