Sleet and freezing rain will change over to heavy snow across PA today and that area of heavy snow will move northeast as the coastal low develops. This will be a wet snowstorm with snow ratios of 8:1. Many areas will see over 4 inches of snow with roads snow covered and icy. The snow will move Northeast very slowly and will take until Saturday to wind down across the far Northeast.
