Subtropical Low will Develop in the Gulf A subtropical low will develop in the Gulf of Mexico today and that low will move inland just west of Mobile Bay tonight. Winds will the storm will be gusting over 40 mph with gusts up to75 mph. I expect NHC will name the system tonight because the system will be tropical in nature and have winds over 35 kts.
