I’m with Henry…I think climate change has affected the winters on the east coast. Not to say we won’t get snow but maybe we just need to lower our expectations moving forward. I mean I have said this since the beginning of the winter season that I didn’t think this El Niño was going to impact our winter like it used to back in the day, ended up not really impacting our winter at all so far when it comes to snow amounts. I think if you want the big snows…may have to move to the California mountains or somewhere out west as it seems that’s where the heart of winter will be moving forward. Better yet take an Alaskan cruise during their winter season…I think the entire east coast will be more like Florida in the coming years.
Yup. But hey at least we have seen storms like the 1993 super storm so I’m good …not like I’ve never seen a blizzard before
Sea surface temps in the MDR are already at the temps they are in July! That is insane and looks like Henry youre going to very busy this summer and fall.. JB already predicting a hurricane season from hell.. not good
Yeah but most of the time the Mid-Atlantic is spared from any major hurricane activity at least over the last few years anyway, it’s been mostly the south east coast effected by hurricanes
True dat.. but look what Sandy did and besides.. its almost always the rain that devastates the mid atlantic.. like an Agnes or Irene etc
