Not a complicated pattern at all. Extreme Cold will spread down into the plains and northeast. The storm tracks will be from southwest to Great Lakes and second from Midwest to the Carolinas. Therefore Southeast Pa., just really cold with snow west and south of there. February milder, a big Nor’easter followed by cold end of Feb., into a chilly Spring. DEJA VU all over again and again and again… 😡🫩🥱😴
