Its already 25 degrees this morning with a blow torch of 41 degree forecast today. 18 degrees above average. Sorry Henry, your forecast for the Upper Midwest is a bust! actually, its been a bust 3 consecutive years. I was so hopeful with your forecast when you released it. Hopefully next year!!!

I understand this but models aren’t showing a much snow up here. Are you looking at a back end winter for the region to bring us to normal snow?
