I don’t think Henry reads the comments very often. Several suggestions were made on how to improve his presentation and I haven’t any of them used. Not redoing yesterdays video was pretty disappointing what with the blizzard hitting the midwest and potential for nasty weather along the east coast.
I was extremely busy and not aware that my video was shorten. Sorry

Good morning, 48 this morning, possible record-breaking temps here today up to the low 80’s.
Crazy. Expecting 81 here.

I swear this guy’s work is about as reliable as a wet paper bag…how do you go back to this… literally overnight? C’mon! I mean at this point your better off just saying you have no clue you just want clicks
LOL yeah I will stick to the CPC and only 7 days out.
Good rule
Your probably right…it’s sad but probably right

Here today, gone today. Not sure why keep putting up worthless models. Same several years now in Central Pa valleys. Couldn’t even be all snow event at 10 deg. How will it snow at 35. Finally in final meltdown after 24 days. From 9 in concrete. Tome spring
I’m with you brother. Hagerstown sitting on 9 inches since November.

Thought i would share the Eastern US Seasonal snowfall as of yesterday in the big cities. Can’t believe I am number 3 this year thus far. I would only share something like this from NOAA as I know it is at least accurate! Have a good day all and enjoy the warm up.
Great information, thank you! A lot of cities above normal but Albany, NY normal snowfall of 9.8″ can’t be right.
Yes just noticed that it’s definitely a mistake
I just found out that for Albany the 9.8 inches is the amount above normal to this date, the departure
I think that’s supposed to be 59.8″.
Ah, ok. It just doesn’t follow the layout of the rest of the cities. Either way, above normal to date.
Don’t see State College. Oh well I think they only have around 24″ this winter. But here is another go link. https://www.weather.gov/wrh/Climate?wfo=ctp
State College is not considered a big city, but as a medium sized borough as NOAA for these seasonal snowfall reports for the East are for the bigger cities.
Yeah I figured that till I saw Avoca PA population around 2500.
You are so welcome! I hope you have a great weekend!
Thanks for sharing! Wow Rochester, Buffalo, and even Albany. Bridgeport CT probably closest to me.
You are welcome! We still have some time to go before the end of the season like Henry keeps telling us.
28 here this morning, looks like up near 60 a few days next week. I doubt winters over yet, in this area there’s been many years that our only snow came in March, two years in a row near Saint Patrick’s Day we had big storms. Of course, it’s not as exciting as you know it can only last a few days that time of the year.

Friday things looked great for snow 😊 (yellow, dark blue), in southeast Pa. Three days later the indices switch to 😡occasional mild times and rain…I BET SOUTHEAST PA. 🙂↔️WONT MISS THE RAIN. Every year it’s the same tune. 😤 By the way, the yellow and dark blue for us disappeared! 🫥10 pictures is worth a thousand words. Just say…
Not our year in snow hole southern Pa and large circle around. Models complete joke. No idea why Henry put out wish cast map. No pattern change Could be most snowless winter ever. Not good. No moisture no snow.
Yep, not too different up here in Minnesota. Its been warm and dry for our standards. Its a bummer but Henry’s forecast for the region is a bust. December was supposed to be cold and snowy, NOPE. January was supposed to be cold and snowy, NOPE. We are already in a drought.
What snow hole? Hagerstown has already reached its yearly average for the last 10 years of 2 inches.

In two storms, one over Christmas and one over New Years, the Sierra snow season is back on track. 100 to 150 inches of snow (measured at 8000 ft) at various areas around the Lake Tahoe basin. Photos from 10,000 and 8500 ft at Heavenly ski resort. Dan Zwicker, Sierra Spy

Looks like rain moves out of my area on Friday with temperature falling back into mid-twenties Friday night. Great skiing weather this weekend, high 30’s low 20’s, for Whitetail which opens this weekend. Whitetail is 11 miles from my house which is on the Old National Pike 4 miles west of Hagerstown and 3.5 miles south of the MD/PA border.

Just came across this photo and several others……Ironwood, MI. They had a blizzard warning last Saturday I think it was. That warning was calling for up to 40” of snow. Followed by some lake effect. Too cool not to share.
NAM continues to trend southeastward from Pa. for accumulating snow late tonight and tomorrow. Yesterday it had zero for Hagerstown and now it shows 6 inches. Even NOAA says best chance to stay all snow is in northern and western Md. As far as the end of the week goes, the GFS is up to its old games of shunting everything to the south of the…Read More

From October till now, and we had all the winter as predicted, my winter was not so exciting. (12.2”) Now once again, it’s getting more interesting. Let’s see if anything comes of it. What comes after my birthday on 3/4… spring or what do those indices indicates?
Here is Minneapolis it was forecasted to be coldsnowy. It has been DRY.and other than one week, it’s been warm

If the SOI goes negative with the MJO now seemingly cooperating, the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast could be in for a hell of a January.
Gulf, honestly tho. Last week your saying cold now winters over. Which is it
Anyone who makes predictions about the weather is just their opinion because nobody knows what really going to happen only God who controls it all.
