Henry I have a question… on your extended forecast for January 11 you said 1-3 inches of snow with possible blizzard… I can’t imagine 1-3 inches of snowfall to close down the I95 corridor… just saying…thanks

Weather that I absolutely hate…
First lawn mowing in the books…think that’s the earliest…ever…but the weather has been fine…
My lawn is still dormant and will be for a few more weeks so I don’t have to worry about that for a bit

The nice thing about Fridays storm of 7”+ the sidewalks and blacktop surfaces had warmed up over the past few weeks…Saturday at noon 90% of those surfaces the snow had melted and by 3 PM they were dry…saved me from aching back and muscles…bring on the next snow storm…lol
8″ for SW PA….I’ll take it…now to get my grandson up to shovel it for me…lol

I’m starting to think Mother Nature is thumbing her nose and laughing at me…pretty much quit snowing yesterday which allowed me to de snow my car…after spending 45 minutes scraping and deicing said car the snow, ever be so light decided to return around 5 yesterday afternoon and although it was a pixie snow…still almost picked up another 2”…@ 15…Read More
same here only it never stopped. 1.5 inches per day for 2 days adds another 3″ to my total for the storm. i am now at 8″ for the storm. Currently 17 degrees
Well I’d say this storm was a major overachiever…in Connellsville PA, we had at least 6″ yesterday and from 5:00 yesterday afternoon till 10:00 last night we picked up a healthy 5″…and my brother who lives in Mill Run,PA…sent me this picture…he measured 11″…all from the streamers off of Lake Erie…ya got to love the weather…
Well a lot of the schools in Pittsburgh and most if not all schools in SW PA have cancelled…this may be a bigger storm than the local forecast are calling for…most are calling for 5-7 inches…all take 10-12 for 100…lol
