Our weather in Southern NV has taken a complete flip from last week where we had snow down to within a thousand feet of the valley floor to having our first 80 deg day of the year on this past Wednesday. Here in beautiful downtown krumville ny Catskills only 7 inches.When we get these strong noreasters we get shadow effect from east higher terrain we always get the dry hole.Thats exactly what happens.
Most people are not aware of that fact, however, the shadow knows.
