42 degrees this morning. I only had to run my heat for less then 24 hours in Sept. Every day of Oct that i don’t have to run it is a bonus. Sept was 2.3 degrees above normal and 65% of normal precipitation.
Hagerstown 20% of normal since late July. At my house west of town, about 15% of normal unless that is going to be the new normal. IIn that case we are spot on the last 80 days.
rain so far is 0.30″
Another beautiful day. 56 this morning and 82 currently

Not good, as usual, in my neck of the woods. It’s like every forecast or guesstimate avoids this area from all meteorologists or Weather graphics etc. we’re getting used to it after four months. NOT‼️ 😂🤣

1 inch of snow, rest sleet and ice here in Albany. New Orleans has had a bigger single snow event during 2024-25 than we have.

Al trending west also. Was way off shore but now just needs to slide about another 50-100 miles further west to provide the gold most of us are craving for.
Well, I’m bummed again. I see Bernie posted the newest thing said it’s gonna stay south of us except maybe an inch. I’m finally building my glacier outside, I got an inch of snow quarter inch of sleet quarter inch of freezing rain. WOW,
I was glad it rained last night and melted the ice on top of my gazebo…I don’t like when the roof has too much snow on it…let alone ice and sleet

The GFS weather model is such an embarrassment for American meteorology.
